I/We are over 18 years of age and have read the Terms & Conditions and specifications that apply to and govern this contract and sign with full knowledge of them. I/We also understand that I/we may be liable for any costs incurred by HomeNet in connection with the provision of HomeNet Broadband - if I/we cancel this order before the service commences. New customers may be required to pay a connection fee on signup and must agree to pay by Direct Debit. You will receive your invoice on the 1st of the month, the Direct Debit will be claimed within 15 working days, so please ensure that funds are available in your account or your service may be suspended. In addition, all customers where we provide/loan them a router, must accept that they will return the router to us should they cancel their services with us. Should customers fail to return the router or if the router is returned in an unusable/ not new condition without all the wires and boxes, then we reserve the right to apply a £100 fee/charge against their account/final invoice.

This Guarantee is offered by all banks and building societies that accept instructions to pay Direct Debits
If there are any changes to the amount, date or frequency of your Direct Debit HomeNet Limited will notify you 3 working days in advance of your account being debited or as otherwise agreed. If you request Home Net Limited to collect a payment, confirmation of the amount and date will be given to you at the time of the request.
If an error is made in the payment of your Direct Debit, by Home Net Limited or your bank or building society you are entitled to a full and immediate refund of the amount paid from your bank or building society
If you receive a refund you are not entitled to, you must pay it back when Home Net Limited asks you to
You can cancel a Direct Debit at any time by simply contacting your bank or building society. Written confirmation may be required. Please also notify us.

Important Terms & Conditions

By signing the form and agreement you are accepting our terms and conditions of service:

*These services require a Homenet router which can only be provided by Homenet. This router will be leant to you by our company for the duration of the contract with us. However, should you not return the router, wiring, cables and box in working order, and in a good/reusable condition as initially supplied then you will have to pay Homenet a total sum of £100 which will be added on to your next of final bill. All Homenet routers that we supply for this service, can only be used on the Homenet service at the property you had it installed at.

Should you move address then you must let us know at least fourteen days before you move so we can arrange that your service is transferred and for the router to be reprogrammed remotely.

Before applying for this Service, we strongly advise that the Homenet Services Terms and Conditions of Service and the Homenet Product Description and other relevant Terms & Conditions that apply to this Service are read. Homenet Broadband - means the provision of a connection to access the World Wide Web in accordance with the service options selected in this Application Form. The relevant Terms & Conditions are available from our dedicated Customer Service Team on 506400 and they can be downloaded from our website www.homenet.je.

When you take out services with us all payments must be made by direct debit, and please be aware that we operate a paperless billing system as standard. All bills will be emailed to you monthly, but if you wish to receive a paper bill then you will be charged £2 per month.

Please Note: All contracts are for a minimum of 24 months, and should you terminate the contract early then you will be liable, and required to pay any outstanding contract term to end the contract with Homenet.
